These are Beauty and Curls Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read through them carefully. If you are unsure about anything written here please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer all questions. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

 

Insurance

All artists are covered with public Liability insurance. We also recommend that all clients take out wedding insurance to cover themselves in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Sensitivity to Hair or Make up products

 

All clients having their hair or make up done with sensitivity issues must inform the artist before applying product to the client.

 

Cancellations changes to a booking made by you

 

Trial bookings require at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation to be Made. We require full payment for the trial if informed 72 hours before to cover the artists time slot that has been booked out for you. We are also happy to move you appointment date over when given enough notice.

Changes/Cancellation to your wedding.

 

All deposits are completely non refundable. We require a 20% deposit of the total amount of your booking this secures time, books assists if needed all artists cannot take on any other jobs once your deposit has been paid. If changes are made to a booking for less people within three weeks before the wedding day you will still need to pay the full amount. If you would like to cancel your booking within three months of your wedding day you will still need to pay 50% of the total amount of your booking.

Please note if an artist is made to feel uncomfortable at any point she has the right to cancel the booking with no deposit refund given.

 

Changes/Cancellations made by an artist

 

In the unlikely event that an artist was to cancel on you

 

If an unforeseen event was to happen (eg, illness, travel problems etc) The agency would do their absolute best to find an artist to cover your wedding if we are unable to do so then we would provide you with a full refund including deposits paid.
